KRPO appoints a highly proficient and dedicated recruiter to manage all tasks related to recruitment

The Dedicated Recruiter will be responsible for managing talent acquisition with the primary aim of thorough resource utilization. The assigned professional will have expertise to handle all functions related to recruitment including, candidate sourcing, screening, interview processes, and final recruiting.

  • Dedicated Recruiter
  • Account Manager in charge of accounts
  • Recruiter with an experience of 3.5 years and more
  • Well versed with positions such as fulltime, C2h, and Contract requirements
  • Experience of working with niche technologies and executive searches including Federal Government requirements with TOP SECRET and SECRET CLEARANCE profiles
  • Work shifts according to US timing
  • Execution of at least three jobs per day
  • Profile sourcing from topnotch job boards (Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Net-Temps, Ladders, Job Circle, Indeed, Google, Internal Database-30 Lakh Resumes etc.)
  • Profile sourcing from Social Media Platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Candidate screening as per job profile description
  • Noted requirements including DOB, Expected Package, and interview availability in addition to basic descriptions such as Legal Name and Work
  • Authorization Status and Education Details during Qualified Submittal round
  • RTR or Right to Represent during Qualified Submittal
  • A minimum of 2 to 3 Qualified Submittals per day depending on order line ups
  • A minimum of 10 to 15 Qualified Submittals per day depending on order line ups
  • Resume screening by Quality Executive and Accounts Manager
